AI & Automation training for companies

Your team already has Claude and ChatGPT.
The real question is how they use them.

We take teams to the next level — from “ChatGPT as a search engine” to automating real work with n8n, Claude Cowork / Claude Code and AI agents.
We help teams cut routine work and grow without new hires.

Why train your team in AI and automation?

What a company quietly loses every month without automation

Every department — and almost every person — has their own 7–10 hours a week eaten by small repeating tasks. Often it takes longer to write a spec for them than to automate them yourself.

Run it on your own numbers

Routine work per month
600 h
Hidden cost per year
€180 000

Training for a team pays back with the first automation.

This is time your team already spends. It never shows up as a separate line in the budget, so it is rarely counted. But it is exactly the resource you can redirect into growth.

Train the people who own the process

The person who knows the task from the inside builds the automation — no specs, no queue, no context lost along the way. And they stay in your company.

Before and after the training

What changes in your team

Not theory — practical skills and a clear difference in daily work after the training.

What we specialise in

We don’t talk about automation. We build it every day — and teach your team to do the same

Every program is built on your company’s own processes. That is why the team leaves with a working solution, not with a set of notes.

  • 01

    Real tasks, not training examples

Before we start, we go through your team’s processes and choose together what to automate during the training. People work on what actually hurts, inside your own tech stack.

  • 02

The team builds, it doesn’t just listen

70% of the time is hands-on practice with a mentor. Every participant finishes the program with their own working workflow and presents it on Demo Day. The solution stays in the company, not in a slide deck.

  • 03

    Practice for leaders too

The strategic program for C-Level ends with more than a vision on a slide. Every leader leaves with a practical framework and an implementation plan.

  • 04

A format for your situation, not one course for everyone

A two-day hackathon when you need results right away. An AI transformation sprint when you need to find the tasks with the highest ROI. A program of 6–20 sessions when the team has to become fully independent.

Formats

Three paths to AI transformation in your team

Every program adapts to the real tasks of your business — training on live cases, not on abstract examples.

Client cases

Training proven by real businesses

MGID — 11+ working n8n flows already on Demo DayInternational advertising platform · custom programThe team learned to build simple and mid-level automations on its own — some of the flows are already running in production.Open the full case

Context

Process automation is one of the company’s strategic goals for the year.

Request — teach the teams to build simple and mid-level automations themselves, and to pass only complex requests to the developers, already with a proper spec.

Team — 10 heads and team leads from compliance, creative, BA and product management.

Challenge — a heavy workload for every participant.

What we did

A custom n8n program from simple to advanced: 14 sessions of 1.5–2 hours, once or twice a week. Participants work on flows for their own real processes.

  • 10participants in the program
  • 14sessions of 1.5–2 hours
  • 11+flows on Demo Day, some already in production

Result

Already on Demo Day the team showed 11+ working flows with scheduled triggers, SQL queries, HTTP requests, code nodes, AI nodes, sub-workflows and error workflows.

A few of them

  • Automatic tracking of changes in partners’ compliance policies
  • Alerts about creatives stuck in moderation — creatives no longer get lost
  • Analysis and triage of Slack messages, with automatic ticket creation

Participant feedback on Demo Day

n8n used to feel like a scary thing. I would open it and think I would never figure it out. Now I like it and I open it happily. It doesn’t scare me at all, and I really can read other people’s workflows and build my own. You really can automate routine processes — that was my main need.
— Maria, MGID
A lot of practice — that is what makes the material stick. A general understanding of nodes, how to add credentials and authentication — that takes the most time, and that is the main thing. Everything is more structured in my head now, I understand other people’s workflows and can already build something myself.
— Tetiana, MGID

ExpoPlatform — 7 finished flows in 2 daysAI-Powered Smart Event Platform · AI & Automation DaysEach of the 7 teams finished the two days with at least one working flow in n8n or Claude Cowork.Open the full case

Context

20–40% of working time went into routine work. AI was used without any system.

Request — move from occasional use in chats to AI automation.

Team — 63 participants from 7 departments.

Challenge — a fast boost was needed, and every team had a different skill level and different tasks.

What we did

The AI & Automation Days format: two days of full immersion, 7 teams working in parallel, each on its own real case with mentor support.

  • 7teams at the same time
  • 63participants
  • 2 daysto a finished result
  • 7flows at the demo session

Result

Every team finished AI & Automation Days with at least one working flow in n8n or Claude Cowork.

A few of them

  • Brand mention monitoring + sentiment analysis → Sheet + Chat
  • Event-triggered outbound: scrape → enrich → AI message → Pipedrive
  • Automatic notifications about product updates through Jira workflow stages
